Win-Win Hiring was born out of a personal struggle experienced by its two co-founders, who were both hard-working women. They found themselves feeling unfulfilled and unsatisfied after a day of work and couldn't figure out why. One day, when a mutual friend quit her job because she didn't enjoy it, they realized that there was more to a job than just a paycheck. They were determined to help their friend find a job she loved and started actively looking for suitable positions for her.

After two weeks of tireless effort, they successfully helped their friend secure a job that she loved. Seeing the joy and satisfaction their friend felt in her new job made them realize that they too wanted to help others find their dream jobs. They quit their own jobs and started Win-Win Hiring with a passion and mission to help people find jobs that they love.

Our name "Win-Win" represents their belief that a successful hiring process benefits both the employer and the employee. They believe that a happy employee is a productive employee, and that a company that hires the right people will thrive tremendous.

Our tagline, Do What You Love™️ was inspired by our friend who found happiness in her new job despite not making a lot of money.
